5 months ago I developed a hard lump underneath my jaw, which hurt when I ate. I went for blood tests and the doctor said that I was on the tail end of Glandular Fever. 5 months later and I am still sick. My symptoms:
* DOESN%26quot;T hurt to eat
* Lump get bigger when I eat
* Suddenly feel tired and exhausted
* Get pains in Stomach
* Headaches
* Feel sick
Is it possible that I have Lymphoma even if it didn%26#039;t pick up in the original blood tests. I have been back to the doctor and he has ordered more blood tests but I dont get the results for a week.
Is Lymphoma even picked up in blood tests?
HELP!!|||Mononucleosis or Glandular Fever can cause some weird symptoms even after you are over the disease. Some people have gone on for months. Take a look at this link:

I don%26#039;t think they can pick up Lymphoma on a blood test but please don%26#039;t jump to conclusions. I%26#039;m sure that with some more tests they can figure this out.|||glandular faver does this to some people, i suffered with it for two years before they even knew i had it.
I had headaches and felt lethergic, i lost weight and couldnt put any on.
It can be a very dangerous illness too.|||If it gets bigger when you eat, that would be suspicious for a diverticulum of some sort. You may need an ENT consult. If it%26#039;s a lymph node, you%26#039;ll need a node biopsy anyway.|||I am a lymphoma patient Grade1, stage 4 and yes they can test the blood, but it depends on what kind of lymphoma it is. if it shows up in the blood. Mine has never showed up in a blood test . BUT that doesn%26#039;t mean you have it, there is many other thing that can cause your swelling. Get a second opinion to be on the safe side and ask to have a biopsy done, that would tell you, that is how they found mine all test came back inconclusive until they did the biopsy|||free info about cancer.
