Anemia can cause bouts of dizziness and if you%26#039;ve been bleeding for a month, you probably are anemic. You should see your doctor. Also, diarrhea for a month? What are you waiting for? See your doctor.|||I%26#039;ve never heard that PCO has been definitively linked to ovarian cancer, but even so, it sounds like you%26#039;re having a serious health issue and should see your doctor immedietely to be checked out for something if not ovarian cancer.
