In which case, he should be made to feel as comfortable as possible. He can be treated with various meds, such as morphine, for the pain if recovery is deemed unattainable, but without treatment he most definitely with feel pain and tremendous discomfort. Unless he%26#039;s been diagnosed as terminal, get him into surgery ASAP.
